| Fostering
At White Paws German Shepherd Dog Rescue we are looking for people willing to take German Shepherds into their homes to provide these dogs a safe environment. Many of these dogs have been chained outside for most of their lives and have been neglected/abused. We want them to become valued family members and you can help by house training (if needed), basic obedience, socialization and lots of love. No dogs are to be kept outside, and we will ask you to fill out a weekly progress report on the foster dog. This will help us when we go to Meet and Greets to inform potential adopters about the dog (i.e. good with kids/dogs/cats/obedience training), and also to help new adopters make the transition of the dog into their family easier by knowing some of their habits and behaviors. White Paws GSD Rescue will provide for medical care (i.e. spay/neutering, shots, heart worm, etc) and food expenses. Any medical expenses over ? will need to be cleared by the President and Treasurer. If you are interested please fill out the application.
